
Facility Support Coordinator

About this role:
As a dedicated team member, you will play a vital part in ensuring our residential aged care facility runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include supporting the residential aged care manager and client services officer.
Key tasks:
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Managing the front desk, answering calls and managing emails
- Welcoming visitors, volunteers, and contractors to the facility
- Assisting with ordering supplies and staff uniforms
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
As a people person and problem-solver, you will possess high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Key qualifications include:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer and data skills
Prior experience in a reception or administration position is highly regarded.
