Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Coordinator to support a major ERP implementation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process high volumes of time-sensitive parts creation requests in D365 software.
  • Maintain catalogue accuracy, including pricing updates and data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and timelines across multiple operations.
  • Support ongoing system improvements post-go-live.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and systems teams to resolve discrepancies.
Key Requirements
  • Strong administration and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Background in purchasing, procurement, or systems administration.
  • ERP experience (D365 desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
