We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Catalogue Coordinator to join a busy team supporting a major ERP (D365) system implementation. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of high-volume parts catalogue data during and after go-live. This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or transition to permanent employment for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Process high volumes of time-sensitive parts creation requests in D365.
- Maintain catalogue integrity, including pricing updates and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and timelines across multiple operations.
- Support ongoing system and process improvements post-go-live.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and systems teams to resolve discrepancies.
What You/'ll Bring
- Strong administration and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Background in purchasing, procurement, or systems administration.
- ERP experience (D365 desirable, but not essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
