Automotive Parts Co-ordinator Job

We are seeking an Automotive Parts Co-ordinator to join our highly regarded Parts team.

  • This role involves issuing parts to customers on time, handling customer requests and orders, maintaining customer loyalty and support, managing inventory and risk mitigation reports, and reporting sales performance and monitoring revenue, margin, and expense.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Issuing accurate and timely delivery of spare parts to customers
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service skills
  • Managing inventory levels, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing process improvements to optimize business operations
  • Providing detailed reports on sales performance, revenue, margin, and expense to senior management
