Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections (open homes, entry, exit, and routine) to ensure quality standards are met.

Tenancy Applications: Process tenancy applications with accuracy and efficiency.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with tenants and owners to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.

Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to tenant and owner interactions.
