The Regional Sales Leadership Role at Gigamon plays a crucial part in shaping the company's strategic direction, driving revenue growth, and building high-performing teams.
As the Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific Region, this leader will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies tailored to the regional market, ensuring Gigamon remains competitive and innovative in the Network Visibility Market.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive channel and customer plans to drive aggressive sales growth, expand the customer base, and increase market share.
- Lead the regional team to achieve sales and margin objectives within the scope of the marketing strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional leadership skills.
- Provide timely and accurate sales and financial forecasting, enabling informed business decisions.
- Build and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering sales excellence, identifying opportunities to enhance individual and team performance.
- Drive results through exceptional leadership, championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, with an MBA being advantageous.
- The successful candidate will have 10+ years of previous sales management experience, demonstrating a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, with the ability to represent the company effectively and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
