Job Title:

As a Policy Officer in the Reform Implementation Division, you will support the Department and Government to lead and shape reform of Australia's aged care system. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to implement the Aged Care Quality and Safety Reform Program, including working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborating with senior management to drive a capability uplift agenda to enhance maturity and capability across the portfolio.

- Fostering productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the team in delivering against priorities.

- Reviewing assurance reports and synthesising key areas for ongoing improvement.

The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships, and excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Key Capabilities:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to think strategically and consolidate information from multiple sources to identify key themes and issues.

- Confident communication skills and ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
