The Security and Estate Group is responsible for managing the Commonwealth's largest landholding, spanning over 3.8 million hectares. We are seeking a Policy Officer to provide administrative support, manage information requests, and contribute to the preparation of internal reports and briefing papers.

Undertake research and analysis to support policy development;">Support stakeholder engagement, including internal and external stakeholder consultation to support policy development;">Assist in the planning, drafting, editing and communication of policy documents and supporting material such as papers, reports and reviews;">Understand and interpret relevant legislation and regulations that impact our policies;">Contribute to team and divisional capacity in policy, program support and/or communications and stakeholder engagement.">">

As a member of the Security and Estate Group, you will be at the forefront of learning how we develop, sustain and protect our estate. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the vital functions that keep our Defence forces operational, from the security of our 70 major bases to management of more than 1,000 Defence owned and leased properties.
