Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide 6-12 month maternity leave cover, supporting supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of offshore manufacturing shipments and timely delivery of products to retail and commercial clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for logistics coordination between offshore manufacturing partners, freight forwarders, and local operations teams
  • Process and track purchase orders from offshore factories through to customer delivery
  • Monitor and update shipment status, including container movements, customs clearance, and final mile delivery
  • Communicate ETAs and delivery updates with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding, offshore manufacturing logistics, or international supply chain
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly across different time zones and cultures
  • Excellent attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
