Supply Chain Planning Manager

We are seeking a seasoned supply chain planning manager to lead our efforts in driving SCM topics for radiology, ensuring seamless collaboration between commercial and operations teams. As the principal liaison, you will facilitate communication and align operations with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Supply and Demand Planning: Collaborate with the planning team to create and execute high-quality supply and demand plans, balancing forecasts and actuals to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Molecular Imaging Operational Planning: Take hands-on responsibility for strategic planning of the molecular imaging portfolio, including purchase order management and coordination with suppliers for timely supplies.
  • Spares Supplies Coordination: Manage the Radiology Distribution Center (RDC) to ensure timely delivery of spare supplies, coordinating with local Service Engineers for effective distribution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee key supply chain metrics such as Customer Fill Rate (CFR) and On-Time, In-Full (OTIF), addressing obsolescence issues to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or financial discipline; a postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of supply chain experience in a global supply chain setting.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning operations.
  • Digital mindset with knowledge of supply chain systems.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Mature business ethics and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and change management approaches.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
