Key Role Information

We are seeking a Supply Chain Management Professional for a lifestyle brand that offers mindful alternatives to everyday essentials.

This role takes ownership of the end-to-end supply chain – from factory relationships and production planning through logistics and partnerships, ensuring operational excellence and supporting growth.

The Supply Chain Management Professional will manage Coordinators and partner with stakeholders to drive seamless coordination across suppliers, freight providers and warehouses.

Key responsibilities include developing a global supply chain strategy aligned with sustainability ambitions, overseeing production management and supplier relationships, and managing critical paths to ensure on-time delivery.

The Supply Chain Management Professional will lead risk management initiatives, including alternative sourcing, and maintain ownership of FOB and landed cost management.

In addition, the Supply Chain Management Professional will manage inbound logistics, freight and 3PL relationships, ensuring cost-effective shipping and resolving stock variances.

To succeed in this role, the Supply Chain Management Professional will bring at least four years' experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement (ideally within apparel), strong knowledge of freight and 3PL management, and confidence working with ERP systems.

A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing is required.
