
Global Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments globally, as well as domestic distribution across Australia.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments for inbound raw materials, cross-trade logistics, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivery time-lines.
- Manage domestic and international distribution of finished goods, service parts, and loan devices.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring cost, compliance, and service targets are met.
- Optimise container utilisation and drive cost-control initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Generate and analyse supply chain data, including shortage analyses, forecasts, and inventory reports.
- Represent the logistics function in cross-functional meetings and manage key operational actions.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at streamlining processes and removing inefficiencies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a logistics or transportation role, preferably in a regulated industry such as medical devices or pharma.
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and supply chain systems.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
