Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our sales team.
  • This role involves maintaining a designated territory and ensuring optimal service to key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to maximize opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Create and implement quarterly business plans, including targets, action plans, and outcomes for each account.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by leveraging business insights, analytics, and innovative deal-level strategies.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns and take ownership of territory issues, offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes in the required system.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, or Sales.
  • At least 1 year's experience working within Australia's generic market.
  • 1-2 years' experience in B2B complex sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or Visa holder).
