We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Mobility Expert to develop and expand our talent mobility solutions, collaborating closely with immigration experts and leadership teams.
- Streamline operations, maintain KPIs, and ensure a seamless experience for customers and their new employees by working with partners, candidates, and internal teams.
- Build effective relationships with channel partners to meet client needs.
- Brief sourcing partners and present high-calibre candidates who meet both role and visa requirements.
- Support sales efforts by attending client meetings and industry events, providing expert insights on global mobility processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in global mobility, immigration, recruitment, or HR within the international mobility sector.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, foster strong relationships, and achieve positive results within established timeframes.
- Collaborate within cross-cultural teams and drive successful outcomes with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking, managing a case load, and addressing time-sensitive tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clearly presenting information and ideas to stakeholders.
- Advanced project management and document management capabilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
