About the Role

We are hiring for a key position in remuneration and benefits management.

The role involves analyzing market trends, designing competitive compensation packages, overseeing program administration, and managing the remuneration department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating employee benefit programs and policies
  • Managing payroll reviews and SMA movements
  • Oversight of operational duties

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
  • Formulating key processes and procedures
  • Analyzing internal and external benchmarks
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Providing expert advice on remuneration matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of local taxation and social security schemes
