It's an exciting time to join our Retirement Living business. In the next 12 months we will be going through a period of transformation and change, reaffirming the Retirement Living business as a key market stakeholder and allowing us to focus on works best for our business and the people we service.

This is where you as our Remuneration & Benefits Manager, will be working closely with our Head of People & Culture as well as the national P&C Business Partnering team, will actively develop and ensure remuneration, employee benefits and reward frameworks and procedures offer an attractive proposition to high quality talent both internally and externally. You will be required to update and ensure the framework/s deliver our short-term business goals and long-term strategic objectives. As Remuneration & Benefits Manager you will focus on assisting and taking responsibility for program review, design and management, data analysis, process management, remuneration benchmarking and enhancement to ensure operational excellence. Further, you will manage the design, delivery and execution of various C&B programs, initiatives, and activities.

To be successful in this role you would need.
- You will have proven experience in the management, coordination and administration of remuneration, reward and performance processes across a diverse population.
- You will have exceptional analytical and numerical capability and outstanding attention to detail with the ability to build a sound business case including ROI analysis.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
- You are customer focussed and put employees and customers at the heart of your activities and decisions.
- You identify new ideas and transform them into new products, services and processes that drive commercial outcomes through a shared strategic vision.
- Implement change efforts to optimise productivity and areas of focus.

Our current portfolio expands across 75+ villages and resorts with over 17,000 residents calling Lendlease Retirement Living home. This role includes finding the right people to support out many diverse teams such as village team members, development, property, sales as well as corporate functions such as finance, legal, EHS, ICT to name a few. We have a mix of roughly half salary and half wage paid employees.

The business has a strong growth strategy looking to increase from 13,000 to 20,000 units in the next 5 years. We want your help making this plan a reality and strive towards the future of Retirement Living.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining.
