Job Title: NDIS Coordinator

Baptcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced NDIS Coordinator to join our team in Moonah, TAS. As a key member of our Local Area Coordination team, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information, linkage, and capacity building support to individuals and families with disability.
  • Work collaboratively with the Local Area Coordination, Community, and Early Childhood teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service providers and support people with a disability to access their services.
  • Operate within Baptcare policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of quality and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in disability or community services, or 2 years' experience in working with people with a disability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to Baptcare's values and mission.
