Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Lawyer to provide high-quality legal advice on complex corporate and commercial matters. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of providing excellent service to clients and building strong relationships with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on Private M&A, solvent global restructuring, general Corporation Act advice, general commercial law, private capital raising, financial services (fund establishment), Chapter 7 (AFSL), private equity and venture capital.
  • Act for a diverse range of clients including founders, financial sponsors, major corporations and financial institutions, not-for-profit organisations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Demonstrate technical excellence with a strong work ethic and ideally experience with business development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a Special Counsel with 10+ PQE and a strong background in Private M&A. Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission is also required.
