We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in the Northern suburbs of Sydney. The successful candidate will have recent experience working in an Aged Care facility with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centered care to patients in an Aged Care setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient results
- Develop and implement individualized care plans catering to patients' unique needs
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to relevant healthcare professionals
- Minimum 12 months full-time experience as a Registered Nurse in an Aged Care facility
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Eligibility to work in Australia (no sponsorship opportunities)
- COVID-19 vaccination and FLUVAX
- NDIS workers check and NSW working with children's check desirable
