**Aged Care Career Opportunity**

We are seeking experienced and clinically confident Registered Nurses to work in aged care. The role involves providing high-quality clinical care, implementing individual care plans, and collaborating with the care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care and implement individual care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor resident health
  • Maintain documentation and meet compliance standards
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and care team

Essential Criteria:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential aged care nursing
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Valid National Police Check dated within the past 3 years
  • Evidence of current Influenza and COVID- vaccinations
  • Up-to-date Manual Handling and CPR certifications
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
