Aged Care Professional Wanted

Make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. We are currently recruiting for part-time and casual care services companions.

About the Role:

As an aged care professional, you will provide quality care to our residents, promote their independence, and focus on creating a welcoming and calm atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care to our residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Promote resident independence and well-being through support and encouragement.
  • Create a welcoming and calm environment for residents and families.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent.
  • 6 months' experience in aged care (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care.
  • Passion for quality in aged care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hardworking and flexible with good availability to cover shifts.
