Key Job Responsibilities

As a customer-facing Relationship Manager, your primary role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers in the commercial mid-market.

Managing a portfolio of customers with a customer-centric approach, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure deals, minimize provisions, and optimize lending services. Your expertise will be sought after for credit proposal recommendations, ensuring that our clients receive tailored insights and solutions to drive their success.

With a focus on relationship-building, you'll develop valued partnerships with operations teams to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and minimize non-lending losses.

Additionally, you'll demonstrate mastery of industry trends, market forces, and economic conditions to provide actionable advice and support to our clients.

  • Build long-term client relationships with best-in-class customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Engage C-suite executives, business owners, and financial decision-makers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial mid-market banking products and services.
  • Identify and recommend financial opportunities for clients.
  • Negotiate and structure complex banking deals.
  • Evaluate and manage credit risk, including structuring credit facilities.
