Job Title: National Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our national partnerships and drive meaningful change in the employment landscape.

As National Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with employers and industry stakeholders to advance inclusive employment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand job opportunities for people with disabilities
  • Build and maintain strong networks to increase candidate referrals and promote workforce diversity
  • Lead efforts to attract new clients and enhance employer engagement
  • Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Optimise CRM systems to monitor performance metrics and uncover new growth opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Human Services
  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to analyse complex data and translate insights into action
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
