Team Leader

This position involves providing strategic leadership, coaching and mentoring to a client service team. The role requires ensuring the delivery of high-quality information and procedural advice to clients engaging with Courts and Tribunal Services.

The Team Leader fosters a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement while supporting team members in navigating complex client interactions and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage team operations to meet high-volume client demands while maintaining service quality and consistency.
  • Lead a team of Client Service Officers and Senior Client Service Officers to deliver high-quality, client-focused services.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to support professional growth and service excellence.
  • Develop and manage team rosters and schedules to meet forecasted client demand, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Prepare and review achievement plans for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the centre's knowledge base, systems and procedures to support consistent service delivery.
  • Manage recruitment processes and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support team and organisational goals.
