Program Communications and Engagement Manager

About the Role
This is a fixed-term full-time role that will see you embedded in various projects across the Transport for NSW Resilience Hub, working closely with the Director and other team members. Your day-to-day will involve delivering key communication and engagement content, plans, and programs for the benefit of customers, the community, and various stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of communications and engagement specialists, providing expert advice in the management of engagement programs and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies to convey technical information to non-technical parties.
- Work closely with the Director and other team members to ensure projects have effective communication and engagement plans.
- Manage competing priorities, problem-solve, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
About You
You're an experienced professional with a proven track record in communication campaigns, ideally in a government or disaster-related environment. Your skills in project management, relationship building, problem-solving, and communication are top-notch. Relevant qualifications and software proficiency are a plus.
