Job Title: Regional Key Account Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Key Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for key customers within their respective region.

Your primary goal will be to drive focus on strategically important customers in the region, aiming to enhance customer retention, increase volume/share of wallet, and drive revenue growth aligned to the regional commercial strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Order Planning: Reduce variation from pre-plan to actual cycle times through effective customer orderbook planning and engagement.
  • On-Time Delivery: Monitor and proactively assist in reducing onsite truck waiting times whilst improving on-time delivery in accordance with supply agreements.
  • Late Load Reduction: Monitor and reduce late loads to key account customers and projects through proactive communication with allocations teams, sales teams, and customers.
  • Order Setup: Review forward orders for key account customers and ensure orders are set up accurately and in line with customer expectations.
  • Future Day Ghost/Dummy Orders: Identify and collaborate with regional stakeholders to remove future day ghost/dummy orders where possible.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in various software applications and ERP systems.
  • Customer Service: High passion for customer/sales and good follow-up skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
