Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing accurate information, and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Routing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Providing accurate information to callers and addressing inquiries
- Maintaining detailed records of call interactions and transactions
- Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
- Assisting with administrative tasks and data entry as required
- Ensuring a positive and courteous experience for all callers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or phone-based role is preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- The ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach

Schedule and Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a variety of benefits, including commission, overtime pay, and performance bonuses.
