Escape Room Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an escape room customer service representative. The ideal candidate will be passionate about games, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of this role include greeting and briefing customers before their game, helping players with clues during their game, resetting the rooms for the next group, answering phone calls, and maintaining general cleanliness.

This is a casual position requiring weekend availability. While some flexibility is necessary, candidates must be willing to commit to working on weekends.
