Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling repairs, coordinating with internal functions, and maintaining response times.
Additionally, the representative will ensure compliance with company protocols, schedule customer visitations, and maintain relevant records using Excel and other methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient use of MS Suite applications including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
- Prior experience in customer service roles (2-3 years).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High energy and enthusiasm to learn and grow within the company.
