Corporate Tax Expertise Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Manager to join our team. This is a high-profile role that requires delivering high-quality tax advice on major deals and operational matters.
- Deliver expert tax guidance on complex transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external advisors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide strategic input on proposed legislation and actively participate in industry consultations.
- Oversee the coordination of external service providers for tax filing and lodgement obligations.
- Support business continuity initiatives, tax forecasting, and transformation efforts.
- Promote continuous improvement in processes, systems, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Couple technical expertise with commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset.
- Bring 8+ years' experience in corporate tax, preferably with exposure to trust structures and transactional complexity.
- Hold a CA, CPA, or post-grad tax law qualification.
- Develop Strong communication skills – able to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
- Maintain a proactive approach with a knack for navigating ambiguity and making strategic decisions.
- Adopt a team-first attitude, contributing to collective success while driving individual outcomes.
