Lead Store Operations and Team

As a key member of our retail network, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in store operations and leading a high-performing team.

  • Utilize available data and reports to make informed decisions that benefit the business and customers.
  • Coach your team on product knowledge and customer service to deliver exceptional store experiences.
  • Manage stock effectively and maintain loss prevention activities to drive sales growth.
  • Attract and retain talent by building capability and succession planning for the success of the store and the Group.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for team members and visitors, focusing on wellbeing and promoting a positive culture.
  • Develop and implement a compliant roster that balances customer needs and team satisfaction.
  • Communicate the brand strategy and expectations to the team, ensuring they understand their role in delivering results.
  • Model CRG values to foster a learning, ownership, and shared success culture.
Requirements
