**Job Summary:**

The MAC Beauty Advisor/Artist Assistant Store Manager is a dynamic leader who will play a key role in the success of the store by supporting the Store Manager to lead and develop the team to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

This opportunity requires an individual with proven leadership, coaching and retail operations skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cosmetics, excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the team to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with retail point-of-sale software and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience within cosmetics.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends especially Sundays and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
