About the Role

Reporting to the District Manager, you will manage store performance, develop team capabilities, and ensure exceptional customer service for donors.

A typical day involves:

  • Analysing weekly results to maximize sales
  • Meeting with production leaders to plan next month's production (full stores only)
  • Leading safety meetings with the Joint Health and Safety Committee
  • Coaching team members on grading items
  • Welcoming new team members and ensuring an engaging onboarding experience
