We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our gym and retail operations across South Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-site retail or fitness management, with expertise in enhancing retail environments and driving sales excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategically lead the performance of our gym and retail operations, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement innovative retail strategies, merchandising techniques, and promotional activities to drive retail sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Gym Managers to ensure the retail areas complement gym operations, delivering an exceptional member experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on visual merchandising, store layout, and product assortment to maximize retail sales and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide on-site training, and implement best practices in retail management.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, product development, and inventory management.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring all staff receive comprehensive training to deliver high standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Align retail strategies with overall brand initiatives and product launches through close collaboration with the marketing and product teams.
