About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to drive our retail business across diverse channels. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Develop a best-in-class service culture.
  • Achieve commercial sales targets in line with strategic plans.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.

This role requires both strategic leadership and in-field coaching. You will work closely with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesService & Experience

You will champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring consistent delivery across all locations. This includes monitoring customer feedback, coaching, celebrating, and refining service standards.

  • Partner with department store managers to embed brand standards into local operations.
  • Deliver sales growth through coaching, commercial goal setting, and team development.
  • Identify local PR and marketing opportunities, working with the Marketing team to execute.
  • Build and drive a strong VIP client base.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
Commercial & Operational Excellence

You will ensure optimal stock levels, manage stocktakes, and minimize shrinkage. Additionally, you will oversee pricing, returns, rostering, payroll, and compliance processes across all sites.

  • Guide visual merchandising execution to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Deliver professional and tailored strategy presentations to department store partners.
About You

We're looking for a commercially savvy, people-focused leader with a passion for skincare and retail. You will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience as a multi-site Area, State, or Territory Manager (beauty, luxury, fashion, or retail).
  • Proven success in driving sales and service outcomes across diverse retail channels.
  • Strong capability in coaching, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
