**Repco Nunawading** are looking to welcome a Full Time **Trade Team Leader** to join their fantastic team

**All about you**:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will draw on your mechanical and parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice and assist customers by making recommendations in relation to technical and sales enquiries. You will consider yourself to be a proactive and driven individual who has solid mechanical and/or parts experience (beyond retail). In addition you will:

- Provide accurate technical parts support to our trade customers, including local workshops and mechanics
- Support a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching and developing, and coordinating their daily schedules.
- A team player, and work collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
- Have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment

**All about you**:

- Mechanical and/or parts experience required
- Passion for customer service, demonstrating helpful and confident interpersonal skills
- Possess leadership experience or ready for that next step
- Work well within teams and possess sound computer skills;
- Available to work alternating weekends or as agreed with the store manager, if required;
- Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time;
