**About the role: Trade Team Leaders** demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.

This position is required to work weekends both Saturday and Sunday with either roster**:Thursday to Monday** _OR_ **Friday to Tuesday.**

- Have a **safety mindset** & always strive to provide the safest work environment
- Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching & development
- Leadership experience
- Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Sound computer skills
- Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
- Availability to work weekends
- Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time

**Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.**
