About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at MAX. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting teams to meet and exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process
  • Promote and foster strong relationships with external providers and champion MAX as an employment service partner of choice
  • Review operational plans for successful outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage, support, and motivate teams to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within employment services
  • High level of interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships
  • Advanced level of negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers
  • Strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
  • Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card and a National Police check
