About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including the design and delivery of training programs, the management of the hiring process, and the maintenance of accurate employee records.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR systems and processes
  • Providing guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Leading the recruitment and selection process for vacant positions
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assisting with performance management and employee relations issues
Requirements
  • Experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, and employee relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • BSc/BA in business administration or a related field, or equivalent qualifications and experience
