Job Title: Human Resources Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Human Resources Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating recruitment processes, including advertising roles and managing job applications
  • Preparing and maintaining employee records, reports, and other documents
  • Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with management and employees to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Rehabilitation and Return to Work Course and Human Resources Qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
