We are seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to join our team at Corporate Traveller, a leading travel management company in Australia. As a Senior Corporate Travel Specialist Leader, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for corporate travel to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio while supporting the Business Leader in developing and retaining their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by adhering to our Operational Excellence framework and ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of internal and customer-facing technology systems, including Sabre and Lumina.
  • Customer Focus: Review customer travel programs, present options for cost savings and efficiency, and deliver compelling customer experiences to drive growth and retention.
  • Leadership Development: Lead by example, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a collaborative and continuous learning culture within the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the travel industry, preferably in a leadership or specialist role.
  • Proven leadership skills, including experience in managing teams and developing leaders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of corporate travel operations, including financial systems and processes.
  • Tertiary education or equivalent experience.
