Job Title: Assistant Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Team Leader to join our Corporate Traveller team. As an Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio of clients, while also supporting the Business Leader in the development and retention of their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
  • Support the Business Leader in the development and retention of their team
  • Provide an outstanding and consistent customer experience
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of internal and customer-facing technology systems
  • Assess, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to a varying range of scenarios

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in the travel industry
  • Leadership experience
  • 2+ years on Sabre
  • 6 months in Lumina is desired but not essential
  • Exceptional multitasking ability
  • To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
