At FCBT, we believe in empowering our team members to excel in their roles. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Portfolio Manager to join our Sydney team as a Future Business Leader.

A Future Business Leader is an operational and technical expert who manages and grows their own portfolio while supporting the Business Leader in developing and retaining their team. This role requires a customer-focused mindset that drives retention, growth, and profitability.

In FCBT, our number one Customer Value Proposition is the dedicated Travel Manager - YOU. Our team of BDMs will work alongside you from acquisition to retention, to win you clients to add to your existing database. We train our Travel Managers to be experts and trust them to book % of the clients' travel, manage customer spend, and build multi-level relationships with customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years in the travel industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • GDS experience, Sabre is highly regarded - candidates without strong GDS experience will not be considered
  • Tertiary education is highly regarded
