Corporate Entertainment Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a Corporate Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with corporate clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
  • Handle travel requests promptly and efficiently, utilizing GDS platforms to book flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Optimize travel budgets by recommending cost-effective options and self-ticketing transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant travel records, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure timely updates on travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience, with a strong understanding of GDS systems.
  • Self-ticketing proficiency and extensive knowledge of online booking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • A competitive salary range of $65K-$75K, plus incentives and superannuation.
  • A friendly and positive work culture, with hybrid working arrangements available after training.
