Our organization seeks a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our corporate legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, fund documents, and governance materials, ensuring seamless execution of corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the broader Legal, Risk, Governance and Compliance Team, as well as tax and finance experts, to deliver integrated solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to protect our company's interests through thorough analysis of complex legal concepts.
  • Establish strong relationships with external counsel, leveraging their expertise to deliver high-quality and cost-effective legal services.
  • Communicate effectively with non-legal stakeholders, breaking down intricate legal issues into clear, actionable advice.
Requirements
  • A current practising certificate and approximately 5–7 years' PQE with a strong foundation in transactional work (M&A, funds management, finance, capital markets).
  • Experience in real estate or an in-house environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Outstanding technical, analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal matters for commercial audiences.
  • A proactive self-starter with a willingness to pitch in and contribute to achieving our goals.
