Enterprise HR Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise HR Delivery Specialist to lead the successful governance and delivery of large-scale SAP ERP transformation programs. This role involves program oversight, stakeholder alignment, and driving best practices across design, build, test, data, and cutover activities in the HRM domain.

  • End-to-end ERP implementation expertise across functional streams.
  • Domain-specific delivery efforts management from external partners.
  • Testing, data migration, training, and cutover coordination aligned with program objectives.
  • SAP best practice design and integration advice across business processes.
  • Business stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions meet organisational needs.
  • Risk, quality, and scope monitoring throughout program lifecycle phases.
  • ERP functional capabilities and emerging technologies subject matter expertise.
  • Governance and assurance contribution across solution delivery and ERP implementation partners.

Must-Haves:

  • 8+ years of experience delivering complex SAP ERP transformation programs in HRM domains.
  • Proven leadership experience managing functional teams or project delivery within ERP environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP modules and tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP best practices, end-user-focused solution design, and enterprise architecture.
  • Engagement with stakeholders at all levels and effective communication of complex concepts.
  • A collaborative leader with experience working across delivery partners, internal teams, and business units.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Oracle HR systems or multi-platform environments.
  • Previous experience in government or defence-related projects.
  • Understanding of security-cleared environments and processes.
