This role is part of a dynamic team providing Aged Care Assessment to the Northern Sydney Local Health District. The team delivers excellent education and clinical supervision on an ongoing basis. You will be working with a diverse group of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, and Registered Nurses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications as per clinical discipline (nursing, occupational therapy, social work, physiotherapy), with full registration or eligibility for membership of the relevant Australian peak professional body.">
  • Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Programs, electronic patient record systems, and e-Learning sites.">
