We are seeking a skilled Clinical Aged Care Needs Specialist to provide comprehensive assessments and formulate appropriate care plans for older people.

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications, full registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the relevant Australian peak professional body, and proven high standards of written and verbal communication skills.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, formulating and implementing care plans, and demonstrating a detailed knowledge of My Aged Care and related aged care programs and services.

This role offers excellent education and clinical supervision on an ongoing basis, as well as opportunities to work in a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Candidates must meet specific criteria, including relevant tertiary qualifications, full registration with AHPRA, and a proven ability to undertake comprehensive assessments and formulate appropriate care plans.

The position requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases, and applicants will be required to complete additional forms during the recruitment process.
