Production Operations Manager

The successful candidate will lead a large, skilled team in a fast-paced environment where their decisions directly impact safety, quality, and productivity. They will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing processes, and ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leading a cross-functional team to drive process improvements and enhance overall performance
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve common goals
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for continuous improvement and commitment to safety and quality
  • Proven experience managing large teams and allocating daily work
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems (experience with S4 Hana is a bonus)
  • Exposure to MYOB and inventory processes
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
