As a leader in education, we seek an exceptional individual to join our team as Junior School Head.

This key role is responsible for fostering school-wide cohesion and building high-performing teams through effective leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.

The ideal candidate will drive the implementation of contemporary wellbeing and positive education frameworks, shape administrative processes, and ensure operational excellence.

To be successful in this position, you will possess strong teaching qualifications, current accreditation with NESA, and postgraduate qualifications in Education or a related field.

You will also have proven experience in senior leadership roles, demonstrated expertise in leading and embedding learning frameworks, and a strong track record of improving student outcomes.

A collaborative and innovative approach, along with highly proficient digital literacy skills, is essential for this role. A clear alignment with our values and ethos is also required.

Requirements
  • Strong teaching qualifications and current accreditation with NESA (NSW Education Standards Authority)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a primary or whole-school setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and embedding a whole-school learning framework
  • A strong track record of improving student outcomes, including academic achievement, student engagement, and wellbeing
  • Highly proficient digital literacy skills
  • A clear alignment with the Anglican ethos and values of the College
